Implemented and managed the IBM global cloud operations (SaaS, 24x7, hired, fired, trained engineers) as the Global Program Director worth 25-Million-Dollars. Responsible for cloud architecture for customers onboarding (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS services), P&L, FP&A for a program operational portfolio supporting 1.5 million global customers. Future global growth of 65 devops engineers, managed 3-line country senior managers.
